I’ve been trying to get into meditation. Supposedly it’s good for the hippocampus, a part of the brain which is believed to be closely linked with depression. Grow your hippocampus, be less prone to depression.
So dividing one’s thoughts from oneself is meditation. Letting it all go to just be, just for a little bit. When I’ve had success with it, I do feel better. My stress level comes down a bit. I’m aware it takes practice, but it seems worth trying.
To DIVIDE is not necessarily a bad thing.
